This is a black and white image a an historical concrete railroad bridge in the city of Jamestown NY which is part of the Western New York & Pennsyvania Railroad Meadville-Olean shortline line. This line dates back to 1852. Most of the WNY&P system is leased from Norfolk Southern, but the 42 mile segment from Corry to Meadville is owned outright by the shortline. He also currently does a lot of Photography for the Fire Service including the Photographer for the Southwestern Association of Volunteer Firemen, as well as several fire departments in the area. Also, a Freelance photographer for Firenews. He is also a Life member of the Lancaster Fire Department of Lancaster NY. Jim does not do a lot of fire chasing but if he is in the area he does make a effort to go to the scene and that some pictures for my brothers, when he is there he usually takes photos of the firefighters in action and also he is thinking about the shot that he can enhance to really make it stand out...
